The Time is Now...



The real estate market on Cape Cod will always be a little different than the rest of the state. We are a resort community and for those of us lucky enough to live here year 'round, we understand what that means.

Home purchases on the Cape are largely discretionary. If you're selling your home, that means you need to price your house competitively, especially in a buyer's market. If you're hoping to purchase a property, keep in mind that prime locations will also command a prime asking price.

Interest rates are currently at a 40 year low! There has not been a better time in recent memory to purchase real estate. If you're still waiting for the market to hit the bottom, you will likely miss it.

And if you're planning to sell, don't let the market scare you. Once your current property sells, you will be taking advantage of all the same benefits of a buyer's market when you purchase your new home.
